From the Executive's Desk
Wow! What a great day we had to hold our 1st Annual Charity golf tournament at Bryan Park in Browns Summit this past Tuesday. We had a solid turnout as everyone was there for a morning of sun and fun and to support this year’s charity – Victory Junction. Ms. Cathy B. Davis, Director of Special Events at Victory Junction, joined our group for the day and shared information and stories about the camp.
“Victory Junction is a medically safe, yet exhilarating camp, that challenges children who have a serious medical condition to try things they never imagined possible. As they conquer activities like zip lining and archery or experience bowling, fishing or swimming, children build confidence that will shape how they view the rest of their lives.”
For information on Victory Junction and how you can support their mission, please go to victoryjunction.org.
We are gearing up to take registrations for this year’s Annual Conference in Winston Salem on August 24-25th at the Benton Convention Center and Marriott Hotel. We once again have a strong line-up of instructors and topics. There is no registration fee for PIANC members and you will receive 12 CE credits as well as lunch each day. Now that’s a deal! Even if you are not a PIA member, the cost is just $75 to attend both days. This year we will have concurrent sessions for P&C and L&H so you can get the CE credits that you need.
For more information and to register, please go to our website www.pianc.net. Don’t get shut out.
Have a great month!

Cyber Security Question of the Month:
Why are fraudulent funds transfers a threat?
Criminals gain unauthorized access to a user’s system via email to then obtain online banking credentials, allowing the criminal to initiate an online transfer of funds to their account.
