Important Dates and Information: 

  • Location: Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem, NC
  • Booth size: 8 ft wide x 8 ft deep and includes one table, one trashcan, two chairs and signage.
  • Tuesday, 8/15/2023, 4-6pm: Setup
  • Wednesday 8/16/2023,  7:30 – 1:30pm Trade Fair Open from breakfast through lunch.  (official hours 11:30am - 1:30pm)
  • Optional Exhibitor time: Thursday, 8/17/2023 7:30am-8:30am (breakdown no later than 9am)

PIANC must receive payment to complete the booth reservation.

Booth location will be on first come, first choice basis so don't delay.

Agent Attendance PIA of North Carolina markets their Convention to NC agents throughout the state. We anticipate approximately 150 agency personnel to attend each day.

Door Prizes/Giveaways Prize board will be located near the entrance for exhibitors to post their giveaways.

Upon request, a copy of attendees contact information can be sent to you a few days before the conference or a final list, after the convention. Please use this information responsibly by limiting your communications to sharing your company’s products and services with our attendees.

Exhibit Fee, Size and Inclusions Fees to exhibit in the Trade Show are as follows:

  • Registration is $850.00 for both days; PIA Auxiliary Members cost is $800, and PIA Action Partners are entitled to a complimentary booth.
  • Registration provides the exhibitor name badge, Continental Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments that are served during the convention.
  • Registration allows up to two (2) exhibit personnel per booth. Additional exhibitors allowed for $100/exhibitor.
  • Exhibitors wanting to attend the Continuing Education Sessions must register separately and pay any appropriate fees that apply.
  • The exhibit area includes 8'x8' curtained booth space, one 6-ft draped table and two chairs.
  • Banners are allowed, but are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • Please keep in mind; NOTHING MAY BE ATTACHED TO THE WALLS.
  • You may want to consider a door prize to be given away at your booth.

Exhibit Location During the registration process, exhibitors will select their top three booth location preferences. Actions Partners receive priority location selection, followed by Auxiliary Members, and all others based on  receipt of payment date.  PIANC does reserve the right to re-assign area location.
