Cancellation Policy and ADA Accommodations

Cancellations, Substitutions & General Terms

Dates, locations and registration fees are subject to change. Participants will be promptly notified of changes.

PIA reserves the right to cancel programs for insufficient registration and will give as much notice as possible.

This policy applies to our public/classroom courses, live webinars, conferences, and conventions (unless noted otherwise on a specific program).

Cancellations or requests to transfer or substitute must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations or transfers received more than 10 days before the start of a course are fully refundable or transferable.

Cancellations or transfers within 10 days of the course are subject to a 20% processing fee (additional fees may apply for licensing-study courses).

Substitutions for courses are honored at any time.

No shows will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

Exhibitor Cancellation, Payment, & Refund Policy for Annual Convention and Trade Fair

Exhibitor Booth will not be confirmed until complete payment has been received.

If PIA is notified of cancellation by July 15, 2023, it will return 75% of the cost. Only if space is resold can the cancellation penalty be waived.

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing via email.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 15, 2023.

No refunds are offered in the event of no-shows.

All exhibit booth payments must be received in full by PIA no later than JULY 15, 2023.

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we ask registrants to advise us when registering with disabilities, as well as any necessary accommodations.
